Staff Accountant – Hybrid

Location: Hybrid (On-site & hybrid flexibility)

Salary: $50,000–$55,000, depending on experience

What You’ll Do

As a Staff Accountant, you’ll play a key role in managing daily accounting operations:

  • Handle accounting tasks in QuickBooks and NetSuite
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Manage accounts payable invoices
  • Apply and reconcile accounts receivable payments
  • Maintain and update the general ledger

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of general accounting experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience with QuickBooks and/or NetSuite preferred
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is a plus—but not required
