Overview
LHH is partnering with a fast-growing retail company in Cobb County to hire a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid accounting foundation who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and process invoices, payments, and financial transactions
- Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and files
- Perform high-volume data entry with precision and attention to detail
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records
- Support Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) operations
- Prepare basic financial reports and summaries as needed
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in general accounting, including A/P and A/R
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or Great Plains is a strong plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
