LHH is partnering with a fast-growing retail company in Cobb County to hire a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid accounting foundation who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and process invoices, payments, and financial transactions
  • Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and files
  • Perform high-volume data entry with precision and attention to detail
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records
  • Support Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) operations
  • Prepare basic financial reports and summaries as needed
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in general accounting, including A/P and A/R
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or Great Plains is a strong plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
