Our metal fabrication company is looking for a full-time Accounting Manager to join our team on the West Side of Chicago. This is a fully in-person position, Monday–Friday, offering the opportunity to be an integral part of our daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Organize payables
• Follow-up on receivables
• Prepare quarterlies for the accountant

Qualifications:

• Proficient in QuickBooks (minimum 2 years of experience required)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in a fast-paced environment

Location: On the West Side of Chicago (this is not a remote position)
