Law firm is seeking a Litigation Secretary to join their Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities

• Pleadings & discovery
• Schedule & coordinate depositions
• Expense reports
• Conflict checks and handle new matters
• Calendar and travel arrangements
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 3-5 years of litigation experience in a law firm required
• Experience with private wealth & fiduciary matters highly desired
• Paralegal certificate is preferred
• MS Office Suite required
