Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a premier global law firm with 150+ years of history, known for its stability, strong reputation, and commitment to excellence. Our Los Angeles office has approximately 70 attorneys supported by a skilled team of 14 legal secretaries. This position offers visibility, direct interaction with attorneys, firm leadership, and VIP clients in a collaborative environment.
Position Overview:
seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary to support a group of attorneys within our Complex Civil Litigation Defense practice. The secretary-to-attorney ratio is typically 5-7. This is a replacement position and a critical role within our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery.
Handle litigation filings (including state and federal e-filing).
Assist with preparation for meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials.Work with one of the most respected global law firms
Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Handle confidential correspondence and maintain accurate records.
Top Requirements:
5+ years of litigation experience in a mid-sized or large/global law firm.
Strong knowledge of litigation filings (including e-filing) and preparation of court documents.
Detail-oriented, highly communicative, and professional presentation skills.
Parking: Covered
Schedule: 9:00AM-5:30PM (35 hours a week)
On-site with one day remote.
