Cybersecurity Project Manager – Identity & Access Management / Data Protection Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 3 Days On-Site) Local candidates only We’re seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead high-priority initiatives in Privileged Access Management (PAM) , Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) , Identity Authentication and Authorization (IAA) , and Data Protection . This role manages end-to-end delivery, working with global teams to ensure projects are on time, on budget, and meet security objectives. Key Responsibilities Drive execution of complex cybersecurity projects from planning to completion Manage cross-functional global teams and stakeholders Oversee budgets up to $3M, including forecasting and reporting Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies Deliver clear communication and status updates to leadership Requirements 10+ years in project management, including 5+ in cybersecurity Experience in IAM, PAM, IGA, IAA, or data security programs Skilled in Agile/Waterfall methods and financial management Proficient with MS Project, Azure DevOps, Clarity PPM, and Power BI/Tableau Schedule Hybrid – 3 days on-site in Chicago.
