Cybersecurity Project Manager – Identity & Access Management / Data Protection

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 3 Days On-Site)

We’re seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead high-priority initiatives in Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Identity Authentication and Authorization (IAA), and Data Protection. This role manages end-to-end delivery, working with global teams to ensure projects are on time, on budget, and meet security objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution of complex cybersecurity projects from planning to completion
• Manage cross-functional global teams and stakeholders
• Oversee budgets up to $3M, including forecasting and reporting
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
• Deliver clear communication and status updates to leadership

Requirements

• 10+ years in project management, including 5+ in cybersecurity
• Experience in IAM, PAM, IGA, IAA, or data security programs
• Skilled in Agile/Waterfall methods and financial management
• Proficient with MS Project, Azure DevOps, Clarity PPM, and Power BI/Tableau

Schedule

Hybrid – 3 days on-site in Chicago. No relocation or remote options.
