Responsibilities

• Lead media strategy and execution for cybersecurity clients, building strong relationships with industry reporters
• Craft and deliver creative media pitches to generate high-quality coverage and thought leadership
• Manage client communications, providing strategic counsel and serving as a trusted point of contact
• Write and edit high-impact cybersecurity-focused content, ensuring technical accuracy and industry relevance
• Mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of PR/communications experience in an agency setting
• Direct experience working with cybersecurity clients or within the security industry
• Strong media relationships across tech, business, and security trades
• Excellent writing, editing, and content development skills
• Confidence using analytics tools and reporting on performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing client communications, priorities, and deliverables
• Ability to understand and translate complex cybersecurity topics into compelling media narratives
• A collaborative, curious, and client-first mindset
