About the Hotel
Conrad Indianapolis is seeking a Steward to join the Food and Beverage team. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career within a Fortune 500 luxury brand.
The hotel features 247 rooms, 15,000 sq ft of banquet space, and three dining outlets: The Capital Grille, Tastings - Wine Bar & Bistro, and in-room dining. It is the first luxury hotel in the city and the only Forbes-recommended hotel in Indiana.
Shift Details
Various shifts available; must be available on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash dishes and operate dishwashers to clean chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils.
- Scrub pots and pans.
- Burnish, de-tarnish, and polish silverware.
- Stock and maintain supplies and equipment.
- Perform cleaning duties, including mopping and trash removal.
- Transport and store clean service ware.
- Train other stewards as needed.
- Prepare and set up clean service ware for events and functions.
