Shift: Various shifts; must be available on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare food items according to recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards
- Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely manner
- Know menu items and ingredients
- Stock and maintain food stations
- Inspect all food sent from the kitchen
- Follow proper food handling and storage regulations
- Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items
