Overview

A part-time School Psychologist position is available at a K-12 school in Indianapolis, IN, for the current school year. This contract role requires a dedicated professional to provide psychological services three days per week, starting as soon as possible through the end of the school year.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments for students to identify learning needs and develop appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to support student academic, social, and emotional success
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and assist with behavior management strategies

Preferred Qualifications And Experience

• Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure in Indiana
• Experience working within a K-12 setting
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools and educational laws related to special education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
