Senior Project Manager - Indianapolis, IN at Michael Page. The base pay range is $125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr. The actual pay will be based on skills and experience – talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support project team with daily project coordination, assuming main responsibility for meeting schedule, budget, and quality goals.
• Plan and implement large projects.
• Direct and lead the work of technical staff.
• Evaluate new strategies and procedures.
• Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met.
• Maintain required project documentation.
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.

Profile / Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Construction.
• Multifamily or mixed-use experience.
• Working knowledge of commercial construction technology and details.
• Extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings.
• Excellent communication skills with management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
