Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks an Office Services Assistant for its Denver, Colorado office. This role provides office services support in areas including operating high-volume duplicating equipment, handling mail and shipping, copier maintenance, and daily hospitality for office and internal meetings.
Responsibilities
- Run high-volume copy machines; perform binding and finishing work
- Provide copier maintenance and/or repair of office services equipment
- Sort, track, distribute, and handle incoming and outgoing mail/faxes; perform duties related to overnight shipping of materials
- Maintain inventory levels of office consumables and catering supplies; coordinate orders with vendors for timely replenishment and cost efficiency
- Set up and break down beverages, coffee, and food in conference rooms for meetings and events
- Prepare visiting attorney offices
- Perform courier services to businesses and residences, as requested
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchens, breakrooms, and common areas
- Place catering orders for internal meetings and events
- Provide back-up coverage for the receptionist and perform message center duties as assigned
- Assist attorneys and business professionals on various projects and events
- Assist the Records team with organizing, maintaining, and retrieving files to ensure efficient record-keeping and compliance with Firm policies
Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Some related customer service experience is preferred
- Some law office experience is preferred
- Notary Public is preferred
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with minimum auto insurance coverage due to frequent travel/courier services
- Knowledge of basic office equipment
- Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and imaging software
- Ability to work independently and flexibly to complete projects
- Ability to comprehend instructions and troubleshoot problems
- Excellent customer relations and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and provide quick turnarounds
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift or move items up to 75 lbs and assist with moving equipment up to 700 lbs when needed
- Able to work in/for other WBD offices/locations as needed
Compensation
Compensation: $43,000 - $70,500 estimated salary range for this role in Denver, Colorado. Starting salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
