Reports to: Manager of Family Office
Compensation: Hourly starting range $20 - $25
Hours: Full-time; Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Position Description
Maas Energy Works is seeking a Family Office Assistant who will be responsible for a variety of administrative and support tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication and computer skills, and be capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Key responsibilities include basic administrative duties such as check writing, record keeping, running errands, assisting with property management, contractor scheduling, and finance bookkeeping. This role also involves supporting the Executive Team with various tasks to ensure smooth operations within the family office.
Responsibilities
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as check writing and record keeping.
- Run errands and manage out-of-office tasks.
- Handle finance bookkeeping and related tasks.
- Provide support to the Executive Team with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare reports and assist with travel arrangements.
- Manage email communications and inbox organization.
Qualifications & Skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Excel and other relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in administrative support and property management is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of finance and bookkeeping.
