Overview

We7re currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and a team player. This is a part time position with the possibility of going full time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Manage calendars and appointments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with data entry, basic bookkeeping, and other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
