Title of Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Description: Our search for a Restaurant Manager is aimed at dedicated individuals who are consistently striving to exceed expectations and have a confirmed record for achieving service prestige. The Restaurant Manager must be able to manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards. Marketing the restaurant and banquet spaces will be a task the Restaurant Manager will assist with. The Restaurant Manager must be able to design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements alongside the Executive Chef. The Restaurant Manager must be able to identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns. Leading the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel is required for our Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications:

• The Restaurant Manager must have high volume management or supervisor experience of at least 2 years
• The Restaurant Manager must have a working knowledge of and appreciation for wine and be able to advise guests on food and wine pairings along with training the staff on proper wine service.
• The ability to delegate tasks is an essential skill for the Restaurant Manager
• The Restaurant Manager must be extremely guest oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
• The Restaurant Manager should always make themselves available to the restaurant
