Overview

Restaurant Manager position at Sixty Vines. Join a differentiated brand expanding nationally with a mission to bring the wine country to guests while reducing carbon footprint.

Responsibilities

  • Work within a management team of 3-5 to oversee daily restaurant operations.
  • Ensure effective operations, high food quality and cleanliness standards.
  • Engage in team member training and development.
  • Review financial information and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Motivate the team to provide excellent customer service in a chef-inspired and wine-centric restaurant.
  • Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training new team members; provide follow-up and coaching.
  • Assist with ordering, monitoring inventory and supply levels, and maintaining kitchen equipment.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
  • Passion for hospitality; results-driven, trustworthy, and team-oriented.
  • Hard working, outgoing, positive, and friendly demeanor.
  • Bachelor’s degree or certification in hospitality or culinary field is preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary: $55k-$75k per year, commensurate with experience, plus monthly profit share.
  • Flexible schedules and potential for a 4-day work week, once a month.
