Responsibilities: This role involves managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality control, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant. The Restaurant Supervisor acts as a bridge between the management team and the service staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience as a supervisor in the hospitality industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food presentation
  • Proficiency in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control
  • Micro POS experience
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
  • T.I.P.S. and ServSafe certified
  • Full availability is required, must be able to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation: $23.00 per hour
