Career Opportunity Available for Restaurant Manager.
As a manager, you work within a management team of 3-5 where everyone assists in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. The Manager's duties include ensuring effective operations, providing high food quality and cleanliness standards, engaging in team member training and development, reviewing financial information, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This is in addition to motivating our team to provide excellent customer service in our chef-inspired and wine-centric restaurant. Responsibilities
- Provide effective daily operations oversight in a 3-5 person management team setting.
- Ensure high food quality and cleanliness standards.
- Engage in team member training and development; mentor and coach staff.
- Review financial information and drive performance metrics.
- Motivate the team to deliver excellent guest service in a chef-inspired and wine-centric environment.
- Adopt a guest-first mentality and maintain a high-energy, service-oriented attitude that motivates the team and delivers results.
- Maintain strict standards by upholding integrity of food and beverage quality; train, develop, and mentor team members.
- Maintain working knowledge of all recipes, products, and production procedures.
- Drive Sales and contribute to inventory and ordering processes as needed.
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and follow-up with new team members.
- Ensure all food and drink are consistently prepared and served according to recipe standards and quality standards.
- Fill in where needed to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain efficient operations.
- Participate in ordering and monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, and related needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
- Passion for hospitality; results-driven, trustworthy, and team-oriented.
- Food Manager Certification; hard-working, outgoing, positive, and friendly.
- Bachelor's Degree or Certification in Hospitality or Culinary field is preferred.
