Job Summary:

As a Manager, you will oversee the dining room operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, lead and train staff, manage reservations, coordinate seating, handle guest inquiries, and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. You will also monitor inventory and manage costs, creating memorable dining experiences through strong leadership and hospitality skills.

Essential Job Functions:

• Oversee daily operations, including food handling, guest relations, and service standards.
• Manage cash handling, safety, and tip reconciliation.
• Participate in inventory counts and manage food and beverage costs.
• Handle scheduling, staff training, and performance management.
• Ensure food quality and safety standards are met.
• Engage with guests, handle issues, and lead team meetings.
• Manage labor and staffing decisions during shifts.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 21 years old.
• At least 2 years of management experience.
• Stable employment history.
• College degree in business or hospitality preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to reach, carry, and work at various heights and spaces.
