EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years experience in fine dining, and a minimum of 2 years as a Salaried Manager. Forbes knowledge or training preferred. Must be available to work varied shifts, including late nights, weekends and holidays (Managers can expect to work Sundays and Mondays regularly).

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is not an entry level position due to the nature of an opening. If you have less than 2 years of recent salaried manager experience, or if you have supervising / assistant managing experience, we encourage you to apply as an hourly service team member to start. Catch has an incredible Manager Training program (the majority of our senior leaders have been groomed from within!).

Responsibilities

  • Act as a manager focused on daily restaurant operations, guest experience, scheduling, floor plans, hiring/coaching staff, inventory control, and health & safety standards.
  • Lead with extreme hospitality and warmth, providing real-time coaching on the floor, active feedback, and mentorship to achieve and maintain high standards.
  • Inspire the team to impact the employee and guest experience day in and day out.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in fine dining.
  • Minimum of 2 years as a Salaried Manager.
  • Forbes knowledge or training preferred.
  • Available to work varied shifts, including late nights, weekends and holidays (Sundays and Mondays regularly).
  • Not an entry-level role; willingness to consider internal career pathways and participate in the Manager Training program.
