Business Solutions Manager at Ultimate Staffing Services
$24-$30/hr (DOE)
Responsibilities
- Review candidate resumes of open positions.
- Engage with candidates throughout the process including responding to inbound questions and contacting candidates proactively to check in with them, follow up, answer questions they may have, etc.
- Assist with scheduling phone and onsite interviews / coordinate candidate travel.
- Answer phones and greet employees/candidates.
- Follow established talent acquisition processes and use of technologies to ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure the proper compilation of offer letters and related materials.
- Provide guidance on the recruiting process for filling positions quickly with qualified and motivated candidates.
- Support corporate recruiters and hiring managers to build and enhance recruiting strategies.
- Perform administrative duties as needed to support the recruiting team.
- Participate in recruiting events as needed.
- Work closely with other coordinators and administrative support throughout the organization to ensure timely and efficient scheduling of candidates and interviewers.
- Identify and assist in improving the recruiting process.
- Track recruiting and hiring process metrics so that the processes are transparent and measurable.
- Work with external recruiting firms, recruiting job sites, social media, and career fairs to ensure cost effective and optimal sourcing tools to find great candidates.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System and update the candidates\' profiles as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by HR management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor\'s degree preferred in a job-related concentration (e.g., HR Management, Organizational Development, Business).
- 3+ years\' experience as a Recruiting / Talent Acquisition coordinator or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience providing positive customer service experiences to external and/or internal stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
