Law firm is seeking a Chief of Attorney Recruiting to join their Los Angeles office.
Responsibilities
- Manage job postings, targeted recruiting campaigns & agency relationships
- Oversee full cycle lateral candidate hiring process, including scheduling interviews to offer letter/onboarding
- Manage full cycle summer associate program (OCI/summer associate onboarding & integration)
- Work with Marketing team to create recruiting materials & ad/sponsorships/articles
- Promote attorney engagement and morale through new initiatives focusing on retention
- Manage professional development initiatives and oversee continuing education programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- JD preferred
- At least 8-10 years of attorney recruiting in-house/agency/law firm required
- Extensive experience in legal is required
- MS Office Suite required
