What to Expect

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to attract early career talent for internship and rotational development programs
• Manage the end-to-end recruiting cycle from talent attraction to onboarding
• Consult with leadership and stakeholders on staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Organize and lead campus events to build a talent pipeline and convert interns to full-time roles
• Utilize data to track and enhance campus recruiting metrics and strategies

What is Required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition experience
• At least 2 years of campus recruitment experience
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience creating social and email campaigns for recruitment
• Familiarity with managing talent pools within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Knowledge of current campus recruitment trends and technologies
• Ability to support minimal campus travel and occasional after-hours events
• Candidates based in Milwaukee or Chicago areas are preferred
