LHH is seeking a Human Resources & Recruiting Manager for a direct hire job opportunity in Charlotte, NC! This role is responsible for guiding recruitment efforts, optimizing HR systems, and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences. This position is fully onsite Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end hiring efforts, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, background verification, and offer management.
  • Administer and enhance the applicant tracking system to streamline recruitment and onboarding workflows.
  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment campaigns and hiring manager enablement strategies to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs in partnership with department leaders, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience for new hires.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring teams, fostering strong partnerships and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Monitor and manage recruitment-related expenses to align with budgetary goals.
  • Manage internal mobility processes, including promotions, lateral moves, and temporary assignments.
  • Analyze HR data from various sources to identify trends and inform talent strategies.
  • Maintain and update the HR information system, including job profiles, performance documentation, and workflow configurations.
  • Assist in the creation and upkeep of job descriptions across the organization.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
  • Manage one direct report, providing guidance, support, and performance oversight.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts across multiple states and locations, ensuring compliance with local employment regulations and consistency in hiring practices.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support HR and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
  • 4+ years of experience within Human Resources & recruitment
  • Experience managing direct report(s) and delegating tasks.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management capabilities.
  • Proven success in partnering with business leaders to meet evolving talent needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems; experience with Paylocity is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable interpreting data and metrics to inform decisions.
