Responsibilities: Develop and maintain new and existing clients within the Chicago market by introducing permanent staffing services our firm offers. Schedule meetings with current and potential clients via virtual, telephone, and in-person meetings Maintain existing business by building trust and collaborative partnerships Act as a recruiting partner to companies within the Chicago market on their finance, accounting, tax, and audit hiring needs. Negotiate contracts and fee arrangements Manage the full cycle recruiting process by sourcing, engaging, and interviewing finance & accounting candidates Present qualified candidates to clients for their open job requisitions Guide candidates through the interview process by providing insight & feedback Work in collaboration with clients to deliver offers to candidates Check candidate references Achieve individual sales & recruitment goals in a performance-based environment Ensure accuracy of data in the system Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a business development/sales focused role, preferably within the staffing industry Exceptional communication skills and ability to overcome objections Self-disciplined and ability to work independently without supervision Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to problem solving Previous experience meeting & exceeding performance targets Knowledge of general accounting & finance preferred Why work for us?
