About the Role
We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support and enhance the employee experience while helping build a strong talent pipeline. This role focuses on recruiting coordination, HR operations, and immigration support, providing an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and communicate with candidates alongside hiring managers.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, ensuring a smooth handoff to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and HRIS systems.
- Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting processes and improve efficiency.
- Enhance candidate experience through timely communication and consistent follow-through.
- Support recruiting metrics and reporting to track pipeline health and time-to-fill.
HR Operations & Employee Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and assist with audits, reporting, and compliance.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, performance management, and employee relations.
- Assist with immigration processes (H-1B, OPT, CPT, TN, green card) in coordination with legal counsel, tracking deadlines, and maintaining compliance documentation.
- Support payroll troubleshooting and respond to basic benefits questions.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR or recruiting operations experience, with strong coordination and communication skills.
- Experience with HRIS (e.g., UKG, ADP) and ATS systems (e.g., Lever, Ashby).
- Familiarity with U.S. immigration processes preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to partner effectively across HR, hiring managers, and employees.
