We're searching for a proactive and hands-on engineering professional to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll report directly to the Business Unit Director of Manufacturing and play a crucial part in our busy manufacturing environment. You'll contribute significantly to the design, equipment selection, and overall process optimization that drives our operational success.

Job type: Permanent

Salary: $85,000 - 100,000 per year

Work hours: 8am to 4pm

Education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Develop sequence of operations and time estimates for each operation specification
• Recommends design approaches necessary to meet production requirements for new or improved products
• From drawings and engineering data, determine best operation necessary for the fabrication and assembly
• Managing the flow of material throughout manufacturing process
• Introduce designs and specifications to Manufacturing for component fabrication
• Coordinate process of engineering change order requests for related departments

Qualifications

• BS degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 3+ years of related experience in an engineering support department
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Knowledge/experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft office products
