Position: Custodian

Location: Oklahoma State University-Institute of Technology

Employment Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1:00pm-9:30pm, with occasional weekends

Salary Range: $11.03 - $12.42 Hourly

Position Summary: The custodian is responsible for maintaining a safe and sanitary environment within the facilities.

Qualifications:

• High School/GED
• Experience as a custodian and knowledge of custodial equipment and supplies
• Valid Oklahoma driver's license if using a personal or university vehicle

Skills:

• Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
• Ability to understand MSDS sheets and follow directives
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, kneeling, and climbing stairs
