Job Overview:

Cleans and maintains facilities ensuring that written cleaning service standards are met for the set work schedule. Assists in room setups and other duties as assigned. Occasional participation in special events such as weddings, funerals, Wacipi, etc.

Create Your Path: The Work You’ll Do:

1. Maintain impeccable cleanliness in all areas, including surfaces, floors, restrooms, and common areas in accordance with established protocols and schedules.
2. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies, including OSHA policies and procedures. Ensure chemicals and equipment are kept out of reach of children, customers, and team members.
3. Communicate effectively with customers, children, and employees, prioritizing high-quality customer service and confidentiality.
4. Report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the Supervisor.
5. Assist other team members when needed.
6. Perform additional duties, including providing cleaning services and turnover for special events such as weddings and funerals. Must be available to work weekends and events with little notice.

Job Requirements:

• No minimum education requirements.
• Ability to read and speak English clearly.
• Valid Class D driver’s license may be required with a good driving record.
• Proficiency in maintaining safety while handling potential fumes, chemicals, odors, and noise.
• Ability to move in various motions including bending, squatting, crawling, kneeling, twisting, pulling, and pushing.
• Capacity to handle and lift up to 60 lbs. as needed.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including standing 100% of the time, with or without accommodations.
