Job Overview:

Provide class instruction, ensure safety regulations, and enhance member experience.

Create Your Path: The Work You’ll Do:

• Lead energetic, well-structured classes, maintain cleanliness, and develop engaging routines that comply with standards. Monitor attendance and communicate training methods effectively. Ensure proper exercise technique through circulation and correction.
• Maintain participant safety by reminding safety principles, providing hands-on corrections, and ensuring equipment safety and proper usage. Report any faulty equipment.
• Motivate members to pursue a healthy lifestyle.

Job Requirements:

• At least one national athletic certification (e.g., IDEA, ACE, NETA)
• Preferred: Six months of fitness class teaching experience
• Basic knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
• C.P.R. and First Aid certifications or ability to obtain within 90 days
