The Cary Company is hiring: Sales Representative - Fresno California in Fresno

Overview

The Cary Company is looking for a Sales Representative for the Fresno, CA territory promoting our container, packaging, and filtration product lines. This position will involve managing a number of accounts within a specific region or market. We have warehouses to support this territory in Jurupa Valley, CA, Livermore, CA and Salt Lake City, UT.

Base Comp: $68K-$75K + Commission Range: $15-$20K with upwards of over $100k total comp after developing territory

Responsibilities

• Regularly engage in weekly sales calls to initiate and secure new business opportunities
• Commit to providing a high level of resources and support to all accounts and prospects within your designated area
• Demonstrate an eagerness to learn about our product line and technology, maintaining a consistent curiosity
• Excel in quoting and up-selling products, while fostering strong interpersonal relationships with customers
• Possess a positive and optimistic attitude, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Exhibit an exceptional work ethic, coupled with strong negotiation skills
• Take pride in being a proactive self-starter, continually seeking opportunities for personal and process improvement
• Reside in the Fresno, CA area

• A self-directed and detail-oriented attitude with an inquisitive nature and desire to solve problems
• Sales experience and understand the power of networking and generating leads
• A college degree, but a degree from the school of hard knocks is fine too. We’re looking for the best fit for this position
