Overview

We are currently seeking skilled Forklift Operators to join our team at our Clayton Indiana 46158 facility. The ideal candidate will have experience operating ALL FOUR of the following forklifts: Stand-Up Reach, Walkie Rider, Dock Stocker, and Order Picker.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts including order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and lift trucks
• Adhere to all OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures
• Assist with loading and unloading materials from trucks
• Move products to designated areas in the warehouse
• Perform equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues
• Work closely with warehouse supervisors to ensure efficient operations
• Utilize basic math skills for inventory tracking and order fulfillment

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a forklift operator in a distribution center or warehouse environment
• Familiarity with equipment repair and maintenance
• Ability to operate all four: High Reach, Walkie Rider, Dock Stocker, and Order Picker on Crown Equipment
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods
