Preferred Search Group is partnering with a top-rated, private dental practice in Pearland, TX to find a RDH for their team. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated full-time Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include performing dental cleanings, conducting patient assessments, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices. Compensation: $46-56 per hour with a monthly profit sharing bonus. Schedule: Tuesday 7:30-3:30 (20 minute lunch); Wednesday 7:30-5:00 (hour lunch); Thursday 7:30-5:00 (hour lunch); Friday 7:30-12:30.
Responsibilities
- Perform dental cleanings and patient assessments as part of routine care.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and oral health principles.
- TX Dental Hygiene License.
- Ability to perform patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
