Full Time Dental Hygienist Schedule
Monday through Thursday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (no lunch)

Responsibilities

• Screening patients and providing quality care during check-ups
• Educating patients in oral hygiene technique and working with patients on their care
• Reviewing patients\' history and charting
• Administer prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
• Documenting area of existing restorations
• Use of X-ray
• Support the dentist with procedures as needed
• Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Dental Hygienist in the state of Florida
• Current BLS/CPR certifications
• Knowledgeable about periodontal health and comfortable with patient education
• Experience with dental practice software
• Minimum 1 year of RDH clinical experience preferred, new grads are welcome to apply
• Team player with a positive, flexible attitude
