Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding patient care as part of a supportive patient care team
  • Utilize the Hygiene mentor program and education offerings to enhance clinical skills
  • Maintain exceptional patient experience with time and attention to patients’ needs

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current dental hygienist license in MO and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

  • Experienced Hygienist and New Graduates
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs
  • Clinical needs as required by the office

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
  • Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically
  • TB test as part of pre-employment requirements in most states (not applicable in FL & TN)
