Overview

Full-Time Dental Hygienist position in Marysville, WA with Cedar Family Dentistry, supported by Heartland Dental. You’ll be an elite clinical provider and patient advocate, receive best-in-class non-clinical support, and have access to mentorship and education to enhance your clinical skills. You’ll work in an environment that supports autonomy, with a hygiene mentor program and a schedule that promotes work‑life balance. Responsibilities

• Provide preventive dental hygiene care and patient education as part of a collaborative care team.
• Work with a hygiene mentor program and access to comprehensive non-clinical support.
• Deliver high-quality patient care with a focus on safety, compliance, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in WA and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

• Experienced hygienists and new graduates welcome.
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations; ability to sit/stand for extended periods; ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Occasional virtual or in-person training sessions throughout the year.
• TB test may be required prior to starting employment (not applicable in FL & TN).
