Emergency Room RN Job Details

• Position: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)
• Location: Boston, MA 02114
• Assignment Type: Travel nursing contract
• Start Date: November 2, 2025
• End Date: January 31, 2026
• Duration: 13-week assignment
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Hours per Week: 36 or 48 hours available
• Schedule: Every other weekend and holidays required
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,880 - $2,020

Qualifications

• Active RN license (Massachusetts preferred)
• Minimum 4 years of Emergency Room RN experience
• At least 1 year of travel nursing experience and Level 1 Trauma Center experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Completion of facility onboarding, skills checklist, and required health screenings

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in a busy Emergency Department
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients with acute and critical conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff
• Participate in ongoing nursing education and training
