Emergency Room RN Job Details
Position: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)
Location: Boston, MA 02114
Assignment Type: Travel nursing contract
Start Date: November 2, 2025
End Date: January 31, 2026
Duration: 13-week assignment
Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Hours per Week: 36 or 48 hours available
Schedule: Every other weekend and holidays required
Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,880 - $2,020
Qualifications
Active RN license (Massachusetts preferred)
Minimum 4 years of Emergency Room RN experience
At least 1 year of travel nursing experience and Level 1 Trauma Center experience
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Completion of facility onboarding, skills checklist, and required health screenings
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in a busy Emergency Department
Assess, triage, and monitor patients with acute and critical conditions
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff
Participate in ongoing nursing education and training
