Overview

Electrolit Manufacturing USA (EMUSA) is a new, state-of-the-art beverage manufacturing facility currently under construction in Waco, TX. The 640,000 sq ft facility is located in Texas Central Industrial Park and will operate 24/7 with a target start date of January 2026. The facility will manufacture and distribute 26 flavors of Electrolit TM, the fastest growing isotonic hydration beverage in the US.

Location: Waco, TX – Electrolit Manufacturing Plant

Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate will support daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This position will involve handling sensitive information and will require an NDA. The Warehouse Associate reports to the Electrolit Manufacturing’s Warehouse Supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces, ensuring items are properly stored.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
  • Perform routine inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
  • Follow company safety standards and report hazards or equipment issues.
  • Ensure proper operation of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and LGVs (experience with LGVs is a plus).
  • Enforce compliance with company policies and OSHA safety regulations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline warehouse processes.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.

Skills

  • Strong Microsoft Office suite experience required
  • Knowledge of state and federal safety protocols and emergency preparedness required.
  • Knowledge of Company Safety Policies and OSHA requirements.
  • Knowledge of warehouse automation equipment and systems such as LGVs, racking systems and dock door automation is preferred.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, shipping/receiving processes, and safety practices.
  • Experience with LGVs, forklifts, or other material handling equipment is a strong plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed.

Other Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
  • Must be able to comfortably use ladders and step stools.
