Responsibilities

• As the Housekeeping Room Inspector, ensure the cleanliness and attractive appearance of guest accommodations and public spaces in accordance with hotel standards.
• Inspect all rooms; report and correct deficiencies.
• Work with your team and other departments to meet high cleanliness and productivity standards and keep everything in proper working order; drive guest service levels.
• Model the behaviors and actions expected from your team; provide coaching and mentorship, including onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning.
• Lead and mentor the housekeeping team while remaining accountable for the department; support guest needs and hotel goals.
• Take pride in your work and the hotel, striving to exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role in hotels, hospitals, or multi-unit housing as a Housekeeping or Cleaning Supervisor with strong attention to detail to ensure quality.
• Outgoing, friendly, and able to communicate professionally with guests, management, and colleagues.
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and integrity.
• Ability to lead others, drive productivity, and stay calm under pressure.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
