Housekeeping Supervisor – Hyatt

Pay: $19 per hour

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping operations to meet hotel cleanliness and productivity standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas; report and correct deficiencies in accordance with hotel standards.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning products and equipment; maintain basic cleaning principles.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to maintain high cleanliness and guest service levels.
• Model professional behavior, maintain attention to detail, and support training while handling busy periods calmly.
• Coach and mentor team members; participate in onboarding, training, performance management and succession planning.
• Hold the housekeeping team accountable for results while anticipating guest and operational needs.
• Uphold pride in work, the hotel, and the employer to exceed guest expectations; weekend and holiday availability required.
