The Florida Panthers organization seeks a Barback/Housekeeping for the Amerant Bank Arena. This is a part-time, non-exempt role reporting to the Manager, Panther Bar Memberships & Exclusive Experiences. The position supports VIP Members-only lounges for Panther home games and select events in a fast-paced, high-end environment.

Job Summary

This position reports to the Manager of Panther Bar Memberships & Exclusives Experiences. It provides support in VIP Members-only lounges that are open for Panther home games and select events year-round. The role requires an individual capable of working in a fast-paced, high-end environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in setting the bar for service, including icing the bar and delivering fruit.
• Deliver alcohol and mixers to the bar and assist in maintaining the overall smooth running of the lounge.
• Restock multiple bathrooms as needed and ensure cleanliness throughout the event.

Qualifications

• Previous Barback and/or housekeeping experience a plus
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong attention to detail
• Must work well with others; establish and maintain productive relationships
• Ability to lift 30 lbs
• Professional appearance

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a non-exempt (hourly) position. Must be able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
