Compensation: $35.50/hr.

Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a 3rd shift operations and support critical manufacturing processes.

What You’ll Do as a Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting manufacturing operations through corrective and preventive maintenance. Your focus will be on improving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and ensuring a safe, efficient production environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions using systematic methodologies
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks, inspections, and minor overhauls
• Replace or adjust components to meet operational specifications
• Maintain proper lubrication of equipment and machinery
• Track and maintain accurate maintenance records for historical and future reference
• Recommend process and procedure improvements based on equipment performance
• Support plant safety by following procedures and reporting unsafe conditions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-year technical degree
• Strong mechanical or electrical aptitude
• 1+ years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience (or comparable skills)
• Ability to interpret technical documentation
• Familiarity with shop equipment (drill press, band saw, portable power tools, etc.)
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and documentation
