Role Overview

The CNC Operator will set up and operate 5-axis CNC machines in the Geometry Grind Department, ensuring high-quality production through precision machining and attention to detail.

3rd Shift Hours (11:30pm – 7am) | Air-Conditioned Facility | Excellent Benefits

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 5-axis CNC machines in the Geometry Grind Department.
• Interpret blueprints and apply GD&T principles to maintain accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance to maximize machine performance.
• Support production teams in meeting output and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of machining and/or grinding experience.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, including GD&T specifications.
• Experience in cutter grinding or tool making is a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with machine maintenance practices.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and collaborative attitude.
