Night Auditor role at Breckenridge Grand Vacations. Location: Breckenridge, CO. Position Type: Full-Time Non-Exempt. Compensation: $24.00 - $27.63/hour (DOE). Schedule: Wednesday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and reconcile all guest folios with high accuracy
• Process credit card transactions and rate builder financials
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and audit reports
• Conduct overnight front desk operations and reservations
• Address guest inquiries with professionalism and care
• Perform property security rounds and access control
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Generate critical daily reports for management
• Maintain compliance with all accounting procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Ability to work overnight shifts (typically 11pm-7am)
• Strong mathematical aptitude for financial reconciliation
• Capacity to lift 25 lbs. (luggage assistance as needed)
• Ability to sit/stand for 8-hour shifts
• Comfortable working alone during overnight hours
• Ability to respond calmly to emergency situations
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year night audit experience in hospitality
• Associate\'s degree in Accounting or Business
• 6+ months experience in accounting, auditing, or night operations
• Familiarity with property management systems
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Certification in accounting principles
