Position Description: The Nursing Supervisor oversees the clinical care of all residents, ensuring coordinated and quality care.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative tasks such as medical forms, reports, and charting.
• Review staffing for the shift, assign nurses/CNA, and adjust as needed.
• Conduct rounds at shift start and end.
• Manage call-offs during the shift.
• Communicate incidents and concerns to leadership and assist in corrective actions.
• Must possess an active RN license in this state or a compact state.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Supervisor in long-term care or healthcare facilities.
• Rehabilitative and restorative nursing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations preferred.
