Position Description:

The

Rehabilitation Director

will oversee the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department in accordance with current regulations and policies to ensure the highest quality of care. We’re excited for you to join our accomplished team of medical professionals!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide billable patient care in addition to management responsibilities.

Ensure compliance with State, Federal & Medicare Policies and Procedures and Patient Care Rehabilitation Standards.

Support the facility’s culture & operations with training and marketing efforts to meet customer satisfaction, census & financial goals.

Review & analyze the productivity of rehabilitation staff, ensuring minimum productivity expectations are met.

Serve as a clinical resource and conduct routine Medicare/Rehabilitation compliance audits.

Require a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR).

Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice in a rehabilitation discipline (OT, PT, SLP, OTA, PTA) in this state.

Must have current CPR certification.

Supervisory experience is preferred.
