D1 Training is an athletic-based training fitness franchise that is quickly gaining nationwide attention. We help people of all ages accomplish their personal goals on and off the field. Due to our recent growth we are looking to add more “A-Players” to our team.

We are looking for a Rockstar Sales Specialist who can close deals, drive growth, and contribute to a high-energy, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, list-build, and make a high volume of outbound calls (100+ per 4 hours as described) to generate and qualify leads.
  • Follow up with leads promptly (e.g., within 60 seconds of opt-in) and maintain persistence with 30+ follow-ups to schedule meetings.
  • Conduct in-person sales meetings, tours, and goal-setting sessions to present programs and close sales.
  • Overcome objections with a customer-centric approach and drive conversions from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Maintain accurate data tracking and reporting of leads, appointments, and sales activity.
  • Collaborate with a team in a fast-paced, world-class facility and contribute to a positive sales culture.

Compensation

  • Base salary + commission + monthly bonus + monthly competitions/awards
  • Base Range: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year ($14-$25 per hour)
  • Earning Range (On Target Earnings): $30,000 - $45,000 (low-performing closer); $45,000 - $65,000 (average closer); $65,000 - $100,000+ (elite closer)

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated, high-energy, and team-oriented with a passion for sports/fitness and helping people achieve goals.
  • Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; coaching mindset and coachable attitude are valued.
  • Excellent communication, rapport-building skills, and comfort talking with strangers on the phone.
  • Willingness to make continual follow-up and manage multiple tasks effectively; ability to wear multiple hats.
  • Comfort with social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and a readiness to be a proactive closer.
