Qualifications

Seniors graduating between Spring 2025 to Spring 2026 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.

What the day will look like

As part of Aons Health & Benefits team, youll explore how businesses design health and wellness programs, and help them find smarter, more affordable ways to take care of their people. Youll get hands-on experience on real projects that shape the future of healthcare benefits, including analyzing data, brainstorming creative solutions, and learning from experienced teammates.

  • Explore health and wellness programs offered by employers and learn how theyre built and improved.
  • Work with mentors to understand how companies make decisions about employee benefits.
  • Use data and research to help solve challenges like rising healthcare costs.
  • Create reports and visuals that explain your findings clearly.
  • Keep systems organized so teammates can access reliable information.

Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position is $61,000 to $78,000 annually (U.S. applicants). Actual salary will vary based on education, experience, skills, and location.
